Maison Dawah needs you to assist the needy.

Help us help those in need.

While many of us will be enjoying the end of the year, many families may not be so fortunate. Therefore, Maison Dawah encourages Mauritians to be generous.

To ensure that all families have the greatest possible holiday season, Maison Dawah, a socio-religious organization, is conducting a massive solidarity effort called “Dan Ou Bonus, Pas Blié Bann Pauvres”.

As Mauritians will get their end-of-year bonus each year. We ask them to provide us with non-perishable goods that we will distribute across the island in areas that are afflicted by poverty,” says Hossen Kurrimboccus, the association’s president.

Collections of non-perishable goods will take place as from December 20 to 30 at the following location:-

1. Rabita Hall in Port Louis as from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. Hunain Islamic Center in Coromandel from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

3. Istanbul Snack in Rose-Hill as from 9 a.m. until 5 a.m.

4. Nalla Store in Rose-Hill as from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Note that collection of provision will also take place in Phoenix as from 22-24 December from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The organization hopes to distribute 400 packs of supplies worth between Rs 600 and Rs 700 this year.
